Description
J. Edward Knight Insurance is growing and currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. To succeed in this Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative position, applicant should be customer-focused, able to multi-task, be a good communicator and enjoy working with people. Willing to work with candidate to determine which of our office locations is the most convenient for them.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Quoting and selling new commercial business
- Servicing existing commercial accounts
- Processing renewals and endorsements
- Assisting with billing questions and payments
- Providing certificates to clients
- Working with producer to prepare proposals
Qualifications and skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with computers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- An active Maine P&C license is recommended but will train the right individual with customer service experience
