Smith-Pinkham holds professional designations including Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA), and is currently working toward her Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) designation. These designations are a testament to her proactive approach to learning and her commitment to mastering the complexities of insurance.
Over her quarter-century career, Smith-Pinkham served as a Commercial Property and Casualty Agent at Chapman and Chapman Insurance from 2000 to 2022, followed by her role as Enterprise Account Executive at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance specializing in commercial and marine sectors. Her extensive technical proficiency enables her to accurately assess market risks, evaluate liability exposures, and tailor coverage solutions to eliminate potential gaps for business clients.
