J. Edward Knight Insurance \u2013 Wiscasset Office Donates $600 to Whistle Pig Farm Rescue Horses<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wiscasset, ME<\/strong> \u2013 J. Edward Knight Insurance\u2019s Wiscasset office is proud to announce a $600 donation to Jamie and Holly Riordan and their beautiful herd of rescue horses at Whistle Pig Farm in Alna, Maine.<\/p>\n

The funds were raised through the office\u2019s ongoing Dress Down Fridays program, where staff members donate $5 each week for the opportunity to dress casually at work. All proceeds are pooled and donated six times per year to local organizations selected by each office. This donation was chosen by the Wiscasset office.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe love finding meaningful, local ways to give back,\u201d said Trish Emmons, Office Supervisor for Wiscasset. \u201cJamie and Holly do incredible work caring for and rehabilitating rescue horses, and we\u2019re honored that our team\u2019s small weekly contributions could help support their mission.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whistle Pig Farm provides a safe, loving environment for rescue horses, offering them the care and attention they deserve. The donation will help support ongoing feed, veterinary care, and daily needs for the animals.<\/p>\n
